How We Met

     Dallas and I met in August of 2010. I had just started school at the Walden School, and knew absolutely nobody. Dallas being the friendly person he was, was instantly my friend. We stayed friends for about a year. Not just friends, but bestest friends. Like, I got to hear all of his secrets before we were even dating! (haha) We got to hear about each others love interests, though we usually got awkward when it came to each other.. We both liked each other it just wasn't the right time. Timing is everything.
    A little over a year from meeting, I finally caved. He had spent literally every single day for the past year asking me out, and I had spent literally every single day  turning him down. I know! I'm a Debby downer. But on October 5, 2011 I finally caved and said "Yes" - -Persistent little bum. I guess we both knew we were right for each other.
    The next two and a half years flew by. You know how they say: "Time flies when you're having fun" - -Well it's true. Two and a half years later, we decided to get married! On  July 6, 2014 we tied the knot. We're so stoked to be married, and are excited about creating our forever family. The wedding was beautiful, but the best part was leaving as Mrs. Hanson.
    We are currently a family of three. Dallas and I and our dogter Dizzy. Our Dizzy is the pride and joy of both her parents. She is a wiener lab mix. (Yeah, we know. It's weird. The dad was the dachshund.) She enjoys playing fetch, wrestling, but her most favorite game ever is tug of war. She can even beat dad. She plays hard, and snuggles hard. She won her mom's heart the first time she crawled in bed and snuggled right up in our lap. She's the sweetest girl in the world, everyone who gets to know her falls in love. We love our Dizney.
